Through our own personal moving experiences, professional training in real estate photography and staging and keen design eyes, we help both agents and sellers navigate the best possible property presentation for the highest ROI. Whether it’s a family on a tight budget still living in a listed home juggling children/pets during showings, or an out-of-town investor relying on their agent to help get a property ready, we utilize staging tips and techniques that showcase a relaxed elegance in every property sure to appeal to today’s modern buyer and create stand-out online photos. We constantly study buyer demographics and industry trends and are members of home stager trade organizations.
We know no one staging plan fits all homes. Through our industry knowledge, professional training and personal experience, we proudly curate custom staging and design plans with unique furnishings and décor that will best highlight each individual home where we work. President Kathleen Fisher’s entrepreneurial spirit and real estate blood runs deep. As a 6th generation Texan and daughter of broker/agent parents who own their own agency, she proudly calls Texas home (again!) after multiple moves around the American Southwest (and viewing way too many homes with each relocation before making a purchase decision!). With a professional background in public relations and summer camp administration, Kathleen brings a powerful business and customer-service focused spirit to her creative design eye to help her clients achieve top dollar return whether selling their homes or looking for a refresh.
Delia Villalonga
Lead Stylist
Hailing from Spain, lead stylist Delia Villalonga excels at curating a variety of home designs from chic urban hi-rise to country estate. With a background in law, she turned her career aspirations to staging and design after moving with her family to the United States. Through her professional home staging certification and inspired approach to design, she is able to see a space and immediately identify what it needs to curate a memorable connection point. Every home she stages showcases luxury and individuality through furnishings and décor that purposely complement the home’s unique vibe.
Tricia Rost
Staging Specialist
Tricia brings her background in news and production to the Starfish Home Staging team to help with creating luxurious properties every time we stage. She has an eye for what will or won’t look good in photos and makes sure no detail is left unaddressed with each and every project on which we work. She also manages our destage process and efficiently packing and returning inventory to our warehouse ensuring nothing gets lost or damaged through the moving process.
