To that end, at Starfish Home Staging & Redesign we are doing our part to flatten the curve and take care of our loved ones by staying home as much as possible, continuing to support local small businesses and doing our best at being good at-home educators and full-time cooks. What we are NOT doing, is completely shutting down; we are just adapting the way we do business.

Our on-line virtual consultations start with a quick no-cost, discovery call to review your home selling needs and concerns. From there we can schedule the on-line consultation. This process begins with you submitting photos of your home (don’t worry, we will give you specific instructions on what we need and how to submit). We will send you some preliminary items to review and address. Then after reviewing photos, we will follow up by conducting a virtual walk-through. During this time we will offer suggestions on repairs, potential cosmetic updates, how and what you should begin packing, and ways to creatively use what furniture and décor you have to make a buyer emotionally connect with your space. We will also share general staging tips and techniques as well as suggestions for how to keep your home healthy when buyers physically visit. The DIY blueprint we offer will be just the motivation and direction you need to get your home looking its best and ready for a picture perfect on-line debut!
